We believe that the right pairing of food and wine is determined by each guest and their unique personal tastes. We are partnered with the Sommelier Guild of Canada in Victoria, which bases their certification program here at the hotel. We offer classic and unexpected choices from Vancouver Island, BC and abroad, including some less familiar but exquisite wines from lesser known producers and regions.
We also offer single estate teas in English Tea Council-approved Bodum tea pots, an extensive mineral water program, berry and honey based wines and sake by the glass.
