Improve your health and give yourself more free time. Enjoy in-home cooking sessions once a week, bi-weekly or monthly. The grocery shopping will be provided (unless you prefer to do it yourself). Then the meals will be prepared in your kitchen. Avoid foods you dislike with a customized menu. A thorough clean-up including dishes is part of the service.

Develop your vegetarian cooking ability. Sonja can introduce you to new ingredients and teach you how to use them - in the process, you'll learn about nutrition. Be informed by both Western and Eastern perspectives on vegetarian cooking. Classes are customized to the student's level.
Philosophy
Five Elements draws its name from two Asian traditions which influence Sonja's cooking: Tibetan Buddhism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. We use organics where it's feasible.
