Doubles Bar is a focal point for residents and has a traditional lounge atmosphere with some of the heaviest and most comfortable bar stools you will find anywhere. Again the staff are attractive and welcoming - they interchange with Bart's. Doubles is open Tuesday through Saturday (evenings only) but is a great spot for a quiet conversation in one of the intimate booths or lively conversation at the round table or the bar. Wednesday at Bart's and Doubles is well known around the town as 'Winey Wednesday' when the house wines sell for $4.25 for a generous measure. Doubles and Bart's have the same menu of excellent pub-style food and Oysters are a specialty of both houses.
