Recently went to Santiago’s on Oswego Street in Victoria. Very cool place. My friend Dave and I shared the Paella. We barely finished it because there was so much food. It was absolutely delicious. Chef Dave knows what he’s doing. Our server’s name was Ngaire. A very unusual name, and a very excellent server. Pleasant and efficient. I have to say that the prices are very reasonable and the decor is very cheerful. Lots of windows and bright festive colours. it’s also very kid friendly with paper tablecloths and a dish of crayons for their amusement. Haven’t seen that before. Very smart idea. Both Dave and I have decided to go back soon and sample some of the interesting South American style tapas.
Dont’ hesitate to visit this charming eatery.
